Wallet or purse construction and ordering details
The hand dyed light brown trifold wallet on the left was constructed out of a combination of thin calfskin ("kip") and heavy duty 4" wide elastic. The elastic allows the inside sections to expand without ripping the leather apart. The center section, meant for stacks of cards, is the most expandable of the three sections.
The black tri-fold wallet was made of kip on the outside, hand dyed black, and haircell pigskin on the interior. The money clip portion is also covered with kip.
All of our custom made leather wallets and purses are built to order, with or without stamped exterior designs, and are sewn with strong bonded nylon thread, or hand laced over the edges, upon special request.
We build our custom wallets with thin pigskin, calfskin, or other soft leather interiors, with whatever inner layout and compartments you want. You can specify if you prefer a bi-fold, tri-fold, or Biker/Trucker wallet (with a steel chain and belt loop).
Most of our purse and belt bag orders are for Bikers and re-enactors. However, we still do hand carved traditional leather purses on demand. Tell us what you want and we will give you our best quote!

Commercially produced leather wallets and purses
We stock a wide variety of commercially produced wallets in our shop. They are made in the USA and are of high quality, but sell for a lower price than what we have to charge for our time and materials to build a custom model.
We carry the following types of wallets for sale:
- Soft leather bi-folds and tri-folds with credit card and ID slots
- Hard back, carved floral and nature design bi-folds, laced over the edges. These are traditional leathercrafters' wallets.
- Black chain bi-fold Biker's/Trucker's wallets, in 6", 7" and 8" lengths. Names and designs can be stamped onto leather panels that are sewn onto the back of the wallet. Ask for a quote.
- Black chain tri-fold Biker's wallets, with an embossed American eagle design on the back.
